Explosive Stock Option Picks

To find explosive stock option picks, we focus on stocks which have a high probability of moving sharply in either direction.

Explosive Options newsletter delivers stock option picks for stocks that fit our unique trade setup criteria. These stock options are very easy to follow. Simply log in to our website and go to the stock option picks blog, or simply receive the option set ups directly to your email box. You can also have your broker “auto-trade” our option set ups for you should you decide to trade the set ups. When a new stock option set up is published, you receive an e-mail alert. In order to profit from trading stock options, you need to understand them and the risks. We provide you with the information you need to help you trade successfully: Name of security, strike price, expiration, exact entry and exit prices of the set ups we have identified. You decide whether to trade them or not.

This system was designed to satisfy the demands of short and mid-term oriented option traders who want to identify potentially conservative trades, for maximum returns and minimum risks. Our methods usually generate an average of  5-10  trades per month, and they require no quantitative analysis on the part of the trader, other than those who wish to educate themselves, which is not a bad idea of course!

Our trade set ups may be updated at any time during trading hours (email-alerts are issued immediately thereafter normally).

Explosive Options generates volume-based trading set ups that may be published on the site as trade triggers, during trading hours. We collect the newest market data which is then reviewed by our analysts after the market closes. The existing set ups may then be altered (such as our “Trade Alert Update- Exit/Stop” price). Based on our analysts’ work with volume analysis, new set ups may also be issued (and applying other proprietary forms of technical analysis and obtaining analysis from various sources and experts ). We may post “Sell (short) Call”, “Sell (short) Put”, or “Cash” on our site, as a result.

When we  publish a “Sell (Short) Calls”  set up we will be selling short call options when options trade at or above the “Suggested Entry” price. When we will publish a “Sell (Short) Puts” we will be selling short put options when options trade are at or above the “Suggested Entry” price.

We update our website as soon as a new options set ups are generated. By checking our members’ home page, the most current set up for a particular options trade can be always accessed. Our subscribers are also notified by e-mail about the current set ups status, as well as about any other changes.

As a complimentary service to our website, we provide email newsletter alerts. Our trading set ups are provided initially through our website: but now, you can also receive email alerts as a free service. As long as your service provider has set up an email address for you, you can receive email alerts on your cell phone or pager. If you simply enter the email address used for your cellular phone or page, our alerts will go directly to that address. Because cell phones have restrictions on the allowable size of text messages, be aware that the alerts could be truncated.

Our set ups may be available to be auto-traded by your broker.

We also use our same proprietary technical set ups as we do with our Stock and ETF newsletter services to identify our options set ups:

Tops & Bottoms Oscillator

When the oscillator approaches extreme overbought and oversold values, we know a market turn is coming soon. Think of “overbought” and “oversold” like elastic being stretched to its limits. When released the elastic will inevitably snap back to its original shape. The accuracy of this oscillator is remarkable in predicting market tops and bottoms.

Divergence

Divergence is a critical component of our system. When the indicators are doing the opposite of what the market is doing, we look for the market to change direction, and we start looking for trade entries.

Money Flow & Buy / Sell Volume

Knowing whether big money is flowing into or out of the market is essential for trading and investing effectively. The market may be running up, but if big money if flowing out of the market, chances are the rally won’t be sustained for long. Buy / Sell Volume indicator tells us exactly what we need to know in real-time.

Short Squeeze

A short squeeze is when traders and investors are short a option, stock or ETF and start losing money. They start covering and closing their positions as a result of feeling “squeezed.” With fewer orders on the short side, this essentially removes much of the resistance the stock is experiencing. The stock can explode to the upside very quickly.
